Tahi Hybrid Training

Established and managed by Hyrox Elite 15 Athlete Beau Wills, Tahi Hybrid Training is a high quality HYROX training programme providing you with weekly workouts that prepare you optimally for your next race - whether you are an elite or a first-timer!

It is managed through the FITR Client Application - a quality programming app that will make accessing and following your programme easy - anytime, anywhere!

There are two options, depending on your time and goals:
the PRO Track, and the OPEN Track.

PRO Track

(CHF 42.-/month)

The Tahi Hybrid Training PRO Track is for those individuals that are looking for a programme with some more volume and more competitive goals. It includes:

  • 6 training sessions per week

  • 2 additional sessions that are optional for double training days

  • Sessions target:

    ✓ pure running

    ✓ strength and power

    ✓ engine building

    ✓ station work

    ✓ compromised running


OPEN Track

(CHF 35.-/month)

The Tahi Hybrid Training OPEN Track is for those individuals that have a busy day-to-day schedule and are looking for the most efficient workouts to prepare for a HYROX or Hybrid Event. It includes:

  • 4 training sessions per week

  • Sessions target:

    ✓ pure running

    ✓ strength and power

    ✓ engine building

    ✓ station work

    ✓ compromised running
