Strong athletes not only train hard, but also smart! As women, our pelvic floor and core muscles are the very basis when it comes to strength, stability and movement control – in every phase of our life cycle: in our twenties, during pregnancy, and after – no matter if 2 months or ten years post partum!
In this workshop, our very own member Susanne Rodmann, mid-wife of 30+ years, certified post-partum coach as well as CrossFit and Hyrox athlete at Tahi CrossFit, will take you not only through the physiological and hormonal changes a body goes through during and after pregnancy, but practically show you how you can adjust your training in the various phases of your life in order to better train your pelvic floor and core muscles, improve the quality of movement and better target and strengthen your deep muscles.
The workshop thus targets not only pregnant or post-partum women, but anyone who is interested in how women can better train the female body to optimise their training outcomes.
